Cumo 개인정보처리방침

1. 앱에 기록한 내용

메모·링크, 할 일, 디데이와 관련 설정은 앱의 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 클라우드 백업을 선택하면 백업 시점의 데이터베이스 파일과 백업을 식별하기 위한 제목·시간 등의 정보가 Firebase에 전송됩니다. 기록에 민감한 개인정보를 입력할 때에는 백업에 해당 내용도 포함될 수 있다는 점을 고려해 주세요.

2. Google 로그인과 계정 정보

Google 로그인은 사용자를 인증하고 본인의 클라우드 백업에 연결하기 위해 사용합니다. Firebase Authentication을 통해 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소 및 Google에서 제공하는 경우 표시 이름·프로필 사진 등의 기본 프로필 정보를 처리합니다. Cumo는 Google 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.

Google 계정 정보는 로그인, 계정 식별, 백업·복원 제공과 관련 문의 처리에 사용됩니다. Cumo의 현재 백업 기능은 Firebase를 사용하며, Google 로그인만으로 Gmail 메일이나 Google Drive 파일의 내용을 읽지 않습니다.

Google API에서 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송에는 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책이 적용됩니다. Google 계정 정보를 판매하거나 맞춤 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 클라우드 백업과 복원

사용자가 백업을 실행하면 앱 데이터 파일이 Firebase Cloud Storage에 저장되고 백업 목록에 필요한 정보는 Cloud Firestore에 저장됩니다. 계정 식별자를 사용하여 백업을 로그인 계정에 연결하며, 복원을 요청하면 해당 백업을 기기로 내려받습니다. 이 처리의 목적은 사용자가 자신의 기록을 백업하고 복원할 수 있도록 하는 것입니다.

로그아웃, 앱 삭제 또는 Google 계정 연결 해제만으로 이미 업로드한 클라우드 백업이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 클라우드에 저장된 데이터의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

4. 앱 이용·오류 정보와 광고·구매

Cumo에는 Firebase의 분석, 오류·성능 진단, 메시징, 원격 설정 및 앱 보호 기능과 Google AdMob 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있습니다. 기능과 기기 설정에 따라 앱 사용 이벤트, 앱·기기 정보, 진단 정보, 앱 인스턴스 또는 광고 식별자, 광고 상호작용 및 서비스 연결에 필요한 네트워크 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 이는 서비스 운영, 문제 분석, 광고 제공과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 사용됩니다.

광고 제거 등 인앱 구매는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. Cumo는 구매 상태와 상품·거래 식별 정보를 사용하여 구매 기능을 제공하며, 카드 번호 등 결제 수단의 상세 정보는 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

5. 서비스 제공업체와 정보 공유

Google/Firebase는 인증, 저장, 진단, 광고 및 구매 등 위 기능을 제공하는 과정에서 데이터를 처리합니다. 서비스 특성에 따라 사용자의 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Cumo는 앱 기록을 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스를 제공하거나 사용자가 요청한 기능을 수행하기 위해 필요한 경우, 또는 적용 법령에 따른 의무를 이행해야 하는 경우에 정보를 처리·제공할 수 있습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제 요청

기기의 앱 기록은 사용자가 해당 기록을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남을 수 있습니다. 클라우드 백업과 계정 정보는 백업·복원 서비스를 제공하는 동안 보관되며, 삭제 요청이 있는 경우 요청자의 계정 소유 여부와 삭제 범위를 확인하여 처리합니다. 법령 준수 또는 보안상 보관이 필요한 정보가 있으면 그 사유를 안내합니다.

열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 관련 문의는 torymakerapp@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 요청 시 Cumo라는 앱 이름, 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소와 원하는 조치를 적어 주세요. 계정 비밀번호나 메모의 상세 내용은 보내지 마세요.

Google 계정의 연결된 앱 관리 화면에서 Cumo의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한 철회는 Google 계정 연결을 끊는 것이므로, 기존 클라우드 백업의 삭제도 원하면 별도로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

7. 방침 변경과 연락처

앱 기능이나 개인정보 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지의 방침과 최종 업데이트 날짜를 수정합니다. 개인정보 관련 연락처는 TORYMAKERS(Cumo 운영팀), torymakerapp@gmail.com입니다.

1. Content you record in the app

Notes, saved links, tasks, D-day entries and related settings are stored in the app's local database. When you choose cloud backup, the database files at the time of backup and information needed to identify the backup, such as its title and time, are sent to Firebase. If you enter sensitive personal information in your records, that information may also be included in a backup.

2. Google sign-in and account information

Google sign-in authenticates you and connects you to your own cloud backups. Through Firebase Authentication, Cumo processes an account identifier, email address and basic profile information such as a display name or profile photo when Google supplies it. Cumo does not receive your Google account password.

Google account information is used for sign-in, account identification, backup and restore, and related support requests. Cumo's current backup feature uses Firebase. Signing in with Google does not by itself give Cumo access to the contents of your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

Cumo's use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer to other apps, follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account information is not sold or used for personalized advertising.

3. Cloud backup and restore

When you run a backup, app data files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and information needed for the backup list is stored in Cloud Firestore. An account identifier links backups to the signed-in account. When you request a restore, the selected backup is downloaded to your device. The purpose of this processing is to let you back up and restore your records.

Signing out, uninstalling the app or disconnecting your Google account does not automatically delete cloud backups already uploaded. You can request deletion of cloud data using the contact details below.

4. Usage, diagnostics, advertising and purchases

Cumo includes Firebase analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, messaging, remote configuration and app protection features, as well as the Google AdMob advertising SDK. Depending on the feature and device settings, these services may process app usage events, app and device information, diagnostic information, app instance or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and network information needed to connect to the services. These are used to operate the service, investigate problems, provide ads and prevent abuse.

In-app purchases, including ad removal, are processed through Google Play. Cumo uses purchase status and product or transaction identifiers to provide purchased features. It does not directly collect payment instrument details such as card numbers.

5. Service providers and sharing

Google/Firebase processes data while providing the authentication, storage, diagnostics, advertising and purchase features described above. Processing may occur outside your country depending on the service. Cumo does not sell the content of your records. Information may be processed or disclosed as needed to provide the service, carry out a feature you request, or meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Retention and deletion requests

Local records may remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app's data. Cloud backups and account information are retained while providing the backup and restore service. For deletion requests, we verify account ownership and the requested scope before processing the request. If information needs to be retained for legal or security reasons, we explain the reason.

Send access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests to torymakerapp@gmail.com. Include the app name Cumo, the email address used to sign in, and the action you request. Do not send your password or the detailed contents of your notes.

You can revoke Cumo's access through the connected-app settings in your Google account. Revoking access disconnects your Google account; if you also want existing cloud backups deleted, please request deletion separately.
